My Best Dressed Celebrities of 2021

In 2021, red carpet celebrities brought us some incredible looks from plenty of designers. Here are the 5 celebrities I thought really killed it on the red carpet this year and some of their best looks.

1. Zendaya

Zendaya has grown from a Disney Channel Star to one of the most talented and celebrated actresses in Hollywood. Along with that, she’s been a fashion icon and one to watch out for as she and her stylist Law Roach consistently dish out some of the best looks at every event.

Zendaya rocks Valentino Haute Couture to the Critics Choice Awards in 2021. She was nominated for Best Actress at the event for Malcolm & Marie and left the evening with the SeeHer award.

Zendaya pays homage to Cher with this knockout gown by Valentino at the Academy Awards 2021.

Zendaya wears vintage Roberto Cavalli from the brand’s Autumn/ Winter 2000 collection to the Ballon D’Or in November of 2021.

Zendaya attends the Venice Film Festival in Valentino Haute Couture.

Cynthia Erivo is a London-born actress and singer that burst onto the U.S. scene back in 2015. She is currently one of the most in demand actresses in the world and, along with stylist Jason Bolden, served us some of the hottest looks of 2021.

Cynthia Erivo wears this nude dress with lace and dramatic skirt by Vera Wang to the Critics Choice Awards.

Known for regularly pushing the envelope on the red carpet, Pop/ Rock star Lady Gaga and her stylist Tom Eerebout make magic happen on the regular ad 2021 has been no exception.

Lady Gaga wears this elegant, patriotic, and SAFE gown by Sciaparelli Haute Couture to sing the national anthem at President Joe Biden’s inauguration. The dress is bold, black and red, has a large and powerful dove broach with a message, and is made to be bulletproof.

Lady Gaga takes over New York in Alessandra Rich.

Lady Gaga served us some serious looks on her House of Gucci Tour, including this all Gucci ensemble with a cape, look 27 from Alessandro Michele’s fall 2021 collection.

Gaga wears this voluptuous purple dress to the London premiere of House of Gucci. She, appropriately, wears Gucci- a look from their Spring 2022 collection.

Lady Gaga wears this gorgeous black velvet look with sleeves that double as a stole by Schiaparelli. She sports this look to the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures opening gala in Los Angeles and completes the ensemble with diamond drop earrings by Chopard

To the New York Premiere of House of Gucci, Gaga wears a black velvet custom made Armani Privé gown, accentuated with jewelry from Tiffany & Co.

Dua Lipa is a talented and viral pop sensation and, more recently, a model for Versace. Her stylist, Lorenzo Posocco, has gotten her some real attention in the fashion world and we look forward to seeing much more from her in years to come.

For the BRIT awards 2021, Dua Lipa looks incredible in this edgy custom-made gown by Vivienne Westwood and pays homage to Amy Winehouse by emulating her signature beehive.

Actress (The Queen’s Gambit star) Anya Taylor Joy along with stylist Paul Burgo turned out some incredible red carpet looks in 2021, earning her the #5 spot on my list.

Anya Taylor Joy attends the Golden Globes Awards wearing Christian Dior. The dress is custom made by Maria Grazia Chiuri and is an elegant sleek style paired with a voluminous matching cape. The look reportedly took 300 hours to make for the esteemed couture house.

Anya Taylor Joy wears a metallic gold gown with dramatic detail for the LA premiere of her new movie Last Night In Soho. The gown is Christian Dior Haute Couture and she paired the gown with an emerald necklace and smoky eye.

Anya Taylor Joy looks absolutely radiant in this unconventional white and yellow gown she wore to the Emmy’s where she was nominated for Outstanding Lead Actress. The dress is, again, Dior and is paired with an updo, red lip, and jewelry by Tiffany and Co.
